PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the Council Chambers, North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, South Carolina on the following applications:
Application ZD 10-001 by Barbara Ross, represented by E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc – An appeal from an administrative decision pursuant to Sections 4.8.2.3.a and 18.4.5.4.1 of the North Augusta Development Code. The application affects property adjacent to Raborn Pointe subdivision, Tax Parcel Number 005-19-02-006. The request relates to the maximum allowable height for a permitted communications tower in a residential zoning district.
Application ZE 10-001 by Barbara Ross, represented by E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc. – A request for a special exception pursuant to Sections 4.8.2.3.a and 18.4.5.4.3 of the North Augusta Development Code. The application affects property adjacent to Raborn Pointe subdivision, Tax Parcel Number 005-19-02-006. The application is a request for a special exception to allow a communications tower in a residential zoning district and at 150% of the specified height.

All citizens and property owners interested in expressing a view on any matter that is the subject of a public hearing are encouraged to attend.
