City Map

Visitors to www.northaugusta.net can now access a zoning and property information map of North Augusta.  The "North Augusta Online Mapping System" link (below) allows the viewer to access detailed parcel information as recorded and maintained by Aiken County.  Information available includes aerial photos, zoning designations, parcel acreages, topography, tax parcel numbers, City boundary information and more.  The City regularly updates this database as new information is available from Aiken County.  Th access the City's online mapping system, click North Augusta Online Mapping System

CD Database

The City of North Augusta Department of Planning and Economic Development also offers a CD database containing map and parcel information for properties in North Augusta. In addition to a City map, the CD includes street names, tax parcel numbers, street addresses, property owner names and mailing addresses, parcel sizes, zoning districts and other information. The CD includes special software required to view the data and may be installed on more than one computer. It is available for $50 and may be ordered on the second floor of the Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue.

The information on the CD is current with the City’s data as of the date of production. However, because the property and parcel information the City receives from the county is sometimes several months old and because the data is subject to change on a regular basis, the CD has a built in “time out” feature which automatically disables the map and data after a specified expiration date printed on the disk. After that date, generally one year after production, neither the map nor data will be viewable. Please call for additional information.
