Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting Schedule and Deadlines for Submission of Applications
|
Meeting Schedule: The Board of Zoning Appeals meets as needed on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers.
Deadlines: The deadline for submission of applications and related information is generally the first Wednesday of the month prior to the scheduled meeting date in order to provide the required public notice prior to the meeting. Each deadline is at 5:00 PM on the listed date.
Public Hearing: Every application requires a public hearing that must be advertised in the newspaper two weeks prior to the meeting. Additionally, a notice must be posted on the subject property fifteen days prior to a Board of Zoning Appeals hearing.
