GAS PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE

• For issuing each permit, a fee of $5.00 will be charged;

• The total fees for inspection of consumer’s gas piping at one location (including both rough and final piping inspection) shall be $5.00 or one unit and $1.00 for each additional unit;

• The fees for inspecting conversion burners, floor furnaces, incinerators, boilers, or central heating or air conditioning units shall be $5.00 or one unit and $1.00 for each additional unit;

• The fees for inspecting vented wall furnaces and water heaters shall be $2.50 for one unit and $1.00 for each additional unit;

• The fee for inspection of gas logs shall be $10.00.

• The fee for inspection of the installation of a new gas line will be $10.00.

• If a reinspection is required, an additional fee of $5.00 will be charged;

• If any person commences any work before obtaining the necessary permit and inspection, fees shall be doubled; and

• Any and all fees shall be paid by the person to whom the permit is issued.
