Information for Contractors

Construction and Land Disturbing Activities

As a component of the development process and the Stormwater Management Program, any public or private, industrial, commercial, and/or residential subdivision project that will be engaging in any land disturbing activity is required to submit:

Redevelopment and property enhancements to existing commercial and residential sites may be exempt from this requirement. Contact the Stormwater Manager to verify the requirements for your project.

 

The following information is provided for use regarding the NPDES General Permit for Discharges from Large and Small Construction Activities (CGP). It will be the responsibility of the site plan engineer and the developer to make sure that their project meets all of the requirements of the new permit.
