In accordance with §§5.8.3.4 and 5.6.6.2 of the North Augusta Development Code, the North Augusta Planning Commission will hold a public meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2008 in the Council Chambers, North Augusta Municipal Building, 400 East Buena Vista Avenue, North Augusta, South Carolina to consider the following applications for development approval:
Major Subdivision Applications
PP 07-04 – A request by Briarcliffe Land Development Company for approval of a Major Subdivision for The Hammonds at Five Notch, a development of 33 townhomes on ±4.81 acres located at 209 West Five Notch Road, Tax Parcel Number 006-07-09-008.
PP 08-03 – A request by T & P Knight Co., LLC for approval of a Major Subdivision for Whatley Place, Phase IIB, a development of 89 townhomes on ±13.1 acres located at Austin Graybill and Five Notch Road, Tax Parcel Number 005-08-07-006.
Site Plan Modification
SP 08-01 – A request by SS Investments, LLC for approval of a modification of the Site Plan for Martintown Professional Office Park to allow construction in excess of the total square footage previously approved, on ±1.28 acres located at 1011 East Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 007-07-17-011.
